A little bite. Never mean.

Fitness without the identity crisis.

Tigerclaw Fitness exists for people who want to get stronger, move better, and still have other things to talk about.

Our point of view

Useful beats impressive.

A training plan is only good if it helps a real person do real work consistently. That means clear sessions, sensible progression, honest recovery, and room for life to happen.

We are evidence-aware, not jargon-addicted. Encouraging, not patronizing. Serious about the work, considerably less serious about the theater surrounding it.

The house rules

01

Meet people where they are.

No shame, no before-photo energy, no assumption that everyone wants the same body or life.

02

Explain the useful part.

Clear guidance earns trust. Fog machines belong at concerts.

03

Make progress visible.

Track enough to learn and improve, without turning every walk into quarterly reporting.

04

Respect recovery.

Adaptation happens between sessions. Rest days count. Your couch remains undefeated.
